Jim Burke, Chief Executive Officer
Vistra Corp. CEO Curt Morgan has announced plans to retire in August. Current president and CFO Jim Burke will be his successor. In his role as President and CFO, Burke has handled Vistra’s accounting, risk, internal audit, treasury, tax, planning, M&A, and investor activities, along with overseeing technology services. Burke served as Vistra’s chief operating officer from 2016–2020. He also previously served as CEO of TXU Energy, a subsidiary of Vistra and its predecessor, from 2005–2016.

Alok Maskara, Chief Executive Officer
Succeeding Todd Bluedorn, Alok Maskara will take the helm of HVAC company Lennox in May. Maskara was previously CEO of Luxfer Holdings, an advanced materials company. He spearheaded the profit growth. Prior to Luxfer, Maskara served as president of several global business units at Pentair, a water treatment company. He has also held leadership roles at General Electric Corp. and McKinsey & Co.

BizCom Associates
Monica Feid, Chief Operating Officer

Monica Feid will now oversee day-to-day operations and operating divisions BizComPR, DigitalBizCom, BizComDesign and BizComPress, for public relations agency BizCom Associates. Feid is one of three of the agency’s co-founders and a principal with the firm. Previously, she served as BizCom’s vice president and took over as president of BizComPR in 2017. Last year, BizCom increased its billings by more than 65 percent and more than doubled its workforce.

Shane Harkins, Chief Information Officer

After 13 years as vice president, director enterprise cloud infrastructure at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, Shane Harkins will now lead North Dallas Bank & Trust’s information technology and systems. Harkins will plan and implement enterprise IT systems to support bank operations and increase efficiency, improve customer service, and contribute to bank and performance goals.

Nick Booras, Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales

Before joining Fuzzy’s, Nick Booras was senior director of franchise development at FOCUS Brands, where he was responsible for selling the company’s seven brands in the southwest region. Before that, he focused solely on McAlister’s Deli, a brand in FOCUS’ portfolio, selling more than 250 franchise units. In his new role, Booras will continue to collaborate and connect franchises with his network.

Mark Peters, Director of Healthcare and Education Sales

Mark Peters will lead Tangram’s education and healthcare sales and marketing teams for the company’s DFW office. Previously, Peters was manager of education and healthcare at Knoll, a Dallas-based workspace design company. He joins Tangram following its acquisition of BKM Total Office in October 2021 and will be part of its team as it completes a new showroom, set to open later this year.
