Transwestern is filling up 3400 CityLine, its 313,000-square-foot office tower in Richardson. The building is now 60 percent leased, thanks to a bundle of commitments totaling 187,300 square feet.

Signing on for space are DXC Technology Co., which leased 100,300 square feet; AT&T Services’ advertising analytics group, Xandr, which took a 24,700 square-foot lease; Generational Equity, which took 30,800 square feet for its new corporate headquarters; and Common Desk, which took 31,500 square feet in the building.

“We could not be more pleased with the industry mix, corporate brand, and long-term commitments that collectively define the group,” said Will Paton, vice president at Transwestern Development Co.

Transwestern managing director Duane Henley and principal Nathan Durham handle leasing on behalf of 3400 CityLine’s ownership, a joint venture between TDC and UBS Asset Management.

Nick Clark, CEO of Common Desk said the company is pleased to partner with 3400 CityLine as it expands its platform throughout the metro. He has been on a tear in recent months, capitalizing on the mounting demand for coworking and inking deals for significant new locations either as part of the management structure or a traditional coworking operator. Late last year, Common Desk entered into a deal with Bill Cawley to handle coworking at his new Tollway development Fourteen555 And in January, Granite Properties and Common Desk opened the doors on the new location in the newly rehabilitated Factory Six03.
