Pappadeaux Spices Up June with Clos du Bois

Clos du BoisPappadeaux teams with Clos du Bois for a Cajun inspired wine dinner June 11 at their Oak Lawn location.  Pappas Restaurants Executive Chef, Michael Gaspard will prepare the dinner, with Pappas Wine expert, Drew Hendricks, MS, along with Larry O’Brien, MS, on hand to discuss, sip and savor the pairings.  Clos du Bois prides itself on making approachable, food friendly wine with refined style in Sonoma County.  Paired with the hearty flavors in Chef Gaspard cooking, this is sure to be a tasty evening.     Click the jump for additional details and to view the menu.

Clos du Bois crafted its first vintage in 1974 from 520 acres of grapes in Sonoma County’s then little-known Alexander Valley. Since that time the Alexander Valley has become one of the world’s most prestigious wine producing regions and Clos du Bois has become one of the region’s most renowned wineries, famous for elegant, soft and approachable wines.
