Dallas Arboretum Appoints New President and CEO

In her new role, Sabina Carr will oversee strategic vision and direct all operations of the Dallas Arboretum’s 66-acre garden. As current CEO of the San Antonio Botanical Garden, Carr has more than doubled annual visits and organization membership by adding unique programming and championing community access. She also finalized a successful $40 million capital campaign that provided the organization with new gardens, facilities, and amenities. Prior to joining the San Antonio Botanical Garden, she served as vice president of marketing for the Atlanta Botanical Garden for more than 15 years.

Tolleson Private Bank

Tracy E. Fulton, President

Tracy E. Fulton most recently served as Tolleson Private Bank’s executive vice president and senior relationship manager. In his new role, Fulton will focus on serving complex client engagements with all banking matters, including various loan and deposit needs. He will also continue to build on those relationships and oversee the growth of Tolleson Private Bank to its next era. Before joining the Tolleson team, Fulton held various banking roles with Northern Trust and Bank of America. He currently serves on the board for Sammons Center for the Arts and Dallas Friday Group.

Loyal Proffitt, President of Operations

In this role, Loyal Proffitt will lead daily operations of Lion Real Estate Group’s nationwide portfolio by meeting the mission and goals of its investors, owners, and business partners for the expansion of the company. Proffitt previously served as president of the property management division at Allied Orion Group, where he oversaw a portfolio of 28,000 units. Before that, he was the president of The Related Group in Florida and was COO at US Residential.

Herbert Els, Divisional President for Trinity Consultants’ Built Environment Practice

As divisional president, Herbert Els will lead Trinity’s Built Environment practice, where he will focus on delivering high-performing, energy-efficient, and technology-enabled facilities to clients. Before joining Trinity Consultants, Els worked at WSP USA, where he started building technology systems and worked his way up to SVP business line leader for property and building specialty services.

Integrity Marketing Group

Tess Grace, President of Integrity Life

As president of Integrity Life, Tess Grace will manage Integrity’s expansive life product efforts, including life insurance, long-term care, final expenses, and annuities. Her new role will focus on leading Integrity’s life insurance division and managing relationships between Integrity’s distribution and carrier partners. Grace spent the last 14 years at Mutual Omaha, where she started out as the national sales director, then worked her way through the ranks as vice president and senior vice president. During her time, Grace assisted in the expansion of the company’s life sales by more than 500 percent. She also oversaw the strategy and implementation of 2023 campaigns projected to bring in more than $900 million in life, health, and annuity product sales.

Victor Sanchez, Vice President of Integrity Life

In this role, Victor Sanchez will focus on driving Integrity’s growth in the life and long-term care markets, while working closely with its executive leadership and partner group experts. Prior to Integrity Marketing Group, Sanchez was vice president and managing director—head of distribution for World Financial Group. Sanchez oversaw $1.2 billion in fixed indexed annuity production and $500 million in life insurance production, while growing distribution and sales production for teams in the United States and Canada, as well as Transamerica Financial Advisors. Sanchez developed and executed a plan to create a new distribution that led to $280 million in first-year production alone and more than 50 percent in year-over-year sales growth.

Katharine Voyles Mobley, Chief Marketing Officer

At All My Sons Moving and Storage, Katharine Voyles Mobley will oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing strategies, help drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, brand expansion, and shape the brand’s direction and growth strategy. Mobley previously led global marketing at Atlanta-based background check company First Advantage. Before that, she served as a chief marketing officer at several hyper-growth companies and managed a range of household brands at agencies such as Millard Brown, Allison Worldwide, and BBDO.

Metropolitan Dallas, is on the Advisory Board for The Concilio, is a founding member of ourRED, a Latina leadership and development group in the north Texas region, and is a graduate of Leadership Dallas 2021.

In his new role, Taylor Starnes will focus on existing value-added industrial asset acquisitions and ground-up industrial development opportunities. He will oversee all Texas acquisitions, while building a team that covers all major industrial markets in the state. Before joining Caprock, Starnes served as a director and investments sales broker for the southwestern region of Cushman & Wakefield. During his time there, he transacted more than $5 billion of industrial investment sales and facilitated joint-venture equity placements representing more than 65 million square feet across Texas and the U.S.

Mark Hayes, Senior Director

In his new role, Hayes will be responsible for growing Stream’s IDS platform in the North Texas region. Hayes began his real estate career with Stream and spent four years working with its Dallas office leasing team. Hayes then transitioned to HPI Real Estate Services and Investments, where he became senior vice president of the industrial division in Dallas. He then joined Bandera Ventures in January 2021, where he most recently served as partner. During his tenure with HPI and Bandera, he oversaw over 5 million square feet of industrial build-to-suit/spec developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

James has been president of design and construction services firm, KAI, for the past 18 years.

Ebony Jones, Chair of Women United Network

As chair, Ebony Jones will serve as an ambassador and advocate for Women United in the community and as a member of the United Way of Tarrant County Board of Directors. In addition to her role with Women United, she currently serves on the board of Leadership Fort Worth, Tarrant County’s Blue Ribbon Action Committee on Childcare, and the advisory council of Fort Worth Report. Jones joined Women United in 2021. She previously served as vice chair on the committee and is currently an executive partner for E-Squared.
