JLL Adds Ethan Garner to Lead Healthcare Initiatives

The company looks to expand its presence in the healthcare leasing and tenant representation market in the Southwest.

Commercial real estate expert Ethan Garner will be joining JLL to the lead the region’s healthcare initiatives. Garner will serve as South Central Healthcare Lead, expanding JLL’s presence in the healthcare leasing and tenant representation market in DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Kansas City.

“We are in a position to capitalize on tremendous opportunity for our clients within the South Central Region and across the US,” says Jay Johnson, National Director, Healthcare Markets, JLL via release. “Ethan will play an important and active role in how we strengthen and deliver innovative service and maintain our position as an industry leader.”

Prior to JLL, Garner worked for real estate investment trust Welltower, leading the leasing of more than 85 properties totaling more than five million rentable square feet across the country. He helped facilitate 1,000 lease transactions with lease values totaling more than $500 million, which maintained occupancy in excess of 93 percent. He also oversaw the design and implementation of 20 medical office building renovations.
