Last December we announced that Bisous Bisous Patisserie was slated to move into the West Village in Uptown. Early this morning, the tiny pastry shop opened its doors behind a dust-ridden construction site on McKinney Avenue.

This is owner and chef Andrea Meyer’s first storefront (although she has been taking online orders and selling her pastries and desserts to a number of café’s in Dallas for years, including Ascension Coffee, and the Nespresso Café at Northpark Center).

The French-style bakery features a dozen different flavored macarons such as pistachio, salted caramel, tiramisu, and peanut butter and jelly. Other pastry options include croissants, tarts, eclairs, and something called a cruffin. It’s a hybrid between a croissant and a muffin.

The bakery also doubles as a coffee shop, featuring beans from small-batch coffee roasters, Noble Coyote.

Bisous Bisous Patisserie is located at 3700 McKinney Avenue #150. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., Sunday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and closed on Mondays.
