Victory Healthcare plans to build a surgical hospital in the master-planned community Craig Ranch in McKinney.
The 58,000 square-foot hospital will include a four-bed intensive care unit, 20 private suites, five operating rooms and two special procedure rooms. A 56,000 square-foot medical office building attached to the hospital.
The Woodlands-based company last month announced it would build a hospital in Fort Worth. It also has hospitals in Plano and Hurst. The hospitals focus on specialty surgeries such as spinal and orthopedic, as well as procedures for gynecology, urology, bariatric, general and ear, nose and throat.
