HOSPITALITY
Homewood Suites Arlington

Homewood Suites Arlington, a 101-room hotel, was sold. Allan Miller and Chris Gomes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the seller, DPG Partners, out of Dallas metro. The buyer, Northwest Airport Management LP, was also secured and represented by Miller and Gomes.

INDUSTRIAL
Draft Pros

Draft Pros, a 23,608 square foot industrial property in Garland, was sold. Adam Abushagur, with Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer and seller.

Ohio Plaza purchased a 22,100 square feet building at 2502-2510 Camp Avenue in Carrollton. Keenan Cook with Mercer Company represented the buyer.

Hoson Logistics of America leased 10,030 square feet at 1104 E. Dallas Road Suite 100 in Grapevine. Andrew Johnson of Mercer Company represented the tenant.

Southwest Fixture & Display leased 9.555 square feet at 8909 Chancellor Row Suite A in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer, with Mercer Company, represented the landlord, John McLead Jr.

Salient Group purchased 8,500 square feet at 3151 Commonwealth Drive in Dallas. Keenan Cook, Jeremy Mercer, and Turner Petersen with Mercer Company represented the buyer.

Master Metal Industries leased 7,4040 square feet at 3210 Belt Line Suite 154 in Farmers Branch. David Wilganowski, with Mercer Company, represented the sublandlord, TH Marine Supplies.

FMS leased 6,480 square feet at 3201 Military Parkway Suite 300 in Mesquite. Tucker Cason with Mercer Company represented the landlord, Silverton Moon Real Estate Partners.

MULTIFAMILY
The Monterrey was built in 1968 and is located in the burgeoning southwest section of Fort Worth.
The Morgan is 91 percent leased.

The Morgan, a 464-unit community at 1611 Oak Creek Lane in Bedford, was sold to Denver-based PaulsCorp LLC. Transwestern Investment Group and S2 Capital sold the building.

The Asher, a 450-unit multifamily community, built in Grapevine on a little over 19 acres in 2019, was sold. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), handled the sale.

2803 Riverside, a 436-unit multifamily community built in 1999 on nearly 55 acres in Grand Prairie, was sold. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), handled the sale.

Hillstone River Walk, a 225-unit apartment complex in Flower Mound, was sold. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), handled the sale.

Avilla Premier, a 122-home purpose-built single-family rental community in Plano, constructed in 2017 on just under 11 acres, was sold. Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), handled the sale.

The Monterrey, a 105-unit apartment property located in Fort Worth, was sold. Al Silva, Senior Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, represented the seller, DFW-based Napali Capital. The buyer, a Dallas LLC, was secured by Silva along with Dan Mullen, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, and also a member of the Silva Multifamily Team.

OFFICE

American Specialty Health leased 164,333 square feet of office in AllianceTexas. Jon Altschuler and Jenny Schreiner of Altschuler & Co represented the tenant. Steve Aldrich and Ian Kinne, with Hillwood, represented the landlord.

M.D. America Energy renewed its 15,473 square foot lease at Bank of America Tower, 301 Commerce Street in Dallas. Greg Pruitt and Evan Hammer, with Whitebox Real Estate, represented the tenant.

Geoforce leased 13,462 square feet at Granit Park Five, 5830 Granite Parkway in Plano. Grant Pruitt, with Whitebox Real Estate, represented the tenant. Robbie Baty, with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.

Lifecare 2.0 Management Services leased 8,423 square feet at Colonnade III in Addison. Bo Estes represented the tenant and the landlord was represented by Moody Younger, Kathy Permenter, and Sean Dalton.

Aurora Labs leased its first U.S. location at Tech Center III, 714 South Greenville Avenue in Allen. Brendan Zrowka, with Whitebox Real Estate, represented the tenant.

RETAIL

Pet Supplies Plus leased 6,000 square feet at Denton Crossing, 1800 S. Loop 288 in Denton. Stephen Swann, with Belfort Assets, represented the tenant. David Levinson with The Retail Connection, represented the landlord, RPAI Southwest Management.

The new restaurant will be in a freestanding building at the main entrance to Love Field at Mockingbird Lane and Cedar Springs.

Heim Barbecue leased 5,082 square feet at 3130 W. Mockingbird Lane. The craft barbecue restaurant will open in June 2020. Greg Pierce and Andrew Lehner, with CBRE, represented the tenant.

Kids Empire, a secure indoor playground for all children, has leased 14,650 square feet in Wynnewood Village, on W. Illinois Avenue. Robin Barrow and Eddie Liebman with Weitzman represented the tenant.  Stephan Ktorza and Shelby Dopps with Kidder Matthews acted as the national master broker for the retailer.
