CobbFendley has leased 8,193 square feet of office space at 6801 Gaylord Pkwy. in Frisco. The company, a civil engineering firm, first took occupancy at Hall Office Park in 1998 and has nearly doubled its presence since then.
Jason Whittington of NAI Houston represented the tenant in negotiations. Kim Butler, Tammy Lomonaco, and Brad Gibson were the in-house representatives for Hall Financial Group.
