A handful of Dallas-area artists are selling limited-edition prints to support social justice organizations in our community. The project, Artists for Public Relief, offers locally created prints for $15, with 100 percent of proceeds going to BYP100, Black Trans Advocacy Coalition, and Mothers Against Police Brutality.

The initiative was organized by artist Elizabeth Han in collaboration with Riso Bar, a risograph workshop and exhibition at SMU’s Pollock Gallery.

So far, seven artists have taken part: Trey Burns, Brandon Liew, Sarah Kim, Maddie Wilson, Lauren Song, Gabriella Mykal, and Xxavier Edward Carter, who currently has an installation on view in the windows of the Nasher Sculpture Center. Each print is sold in limited editions of 15. They’re going fast.

Direct message the project’s Instagram page to make a purchase. If you miss out on this round, keep an eye on the Instagram page for a fresh batch of prints from other artists coming later this week.
