Medical City North Hills has been designated as a Pathway to Excellence organization by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for the fifth time.The distinction highlights organizations that allow nurses to flourish in the healthcare environment.
A confidential, research-based facility review process evaluating the work environment designates the honorees, who must show excellence in shared decision-making, leadership, safety, quality, wellbeing and professional development.
