Which Four Companies Made Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work?

|

Several local outfits made Modern Healthcare‘s list of Best Places to Work in Healthcare, including Elevate Healthcare Consultants, LiquidAgents Healthcare, the Texas Institute for Surgery at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas, and Vizient.

The healthcare industry added 404,000 jobs in the last year, but low unemployment means companies have to work hard to retain employees and add the ones they need. The growing millennial workforce is looking for more than just a decent salary and benefits, and the healthcare system isn’t always the quickest industry to innovate. Confidential employee surveys collected feedback on categories such as employee satisfaction, benefits, work-life balance, leadership, and more.

“It’s an honor to be recognized among the nation’s top healthcare companies to work for in the country,” said Sheldon Arora, CEO of LiquidAgents Healthcare via release. The healthcare staffing company has received the award 11 years in a row . “We’ve established a unique, collaborative culture with a key focus in mind: to help employees be as successful as possible in their roles and careers. Our team’s positivity and dedication shines through in everything we do.”

This year’s list was chosen because its companies empower and satisfy their workforce with a sense of loyalty and employee engagement. The awards will be handed out in Dallas on September 26 at the Renaissance Hotel.
