Sugarbacon Proper Kitchen’s second location will open in Lakewood on Monday, October 3. The much-anticipated, ambitious restaurant is located at 6400 Gaston Avenue and will be open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. The food? “Fresh, uncomplicated food – a New American menu with Texas undertones” says the press release.
Chef Jason Ferraro, who took over as Corporate Chef/Partner this summer will incorporate his “simple-ingredients-sourced-well philosophy into the menu. Andrea Maricich (Kirby Lane in Austin, The Second Floor) will be the executive chef. Doors open Monday, October 3 at 11 AM.
