Who knew that the Mesquite and Duncanville ISD fair day would be so incredibly street style savvy? We certainly didn’t until we witnessed a personal style revolution happening at the State Fair of Texas. A mesmerized woman next to us said, “there’s some really interesting fashion here tonight!” And somehow, in the midst of all this vogue know-how, we missed Chris Brown and his entourage. Drats.
