I stopped by last weekend’s Jingle Bash to scope out local designers and do a little early Christmas shopping. There were a few cute items, but what really caught my eye was the Eye on the Sparrow Designs – bracelets and earrings made of recycled bass and guitar strings, provided by local musicians. After reading how the line started and what it was all about, I was even more intrigued. Read all about it and purchase it here! A portion of the proceeds for each sale will be contributed to the Carter Albrecht Music Foundation. I have already worn (and received many compliments) on my “chunky Felons” bangles (pictured at left)…and they only cost $40!
