Julianna Pabst, make-up artist and licensed esthetician, told me she can get rid of the brown spots (sun damage) on my face. Of course, I was skeptical but after just one fancy schmancy facial I can definitely see a difference. They’re not gone by any means but many are lighter. I will continue going to her and letting her do her magic in the hopes that she can take my skin back twenty years. If anyone can do it, she can. This woman knows skin. At the beginning of the appointment we discussed mine in detail. She explained what the brown spots are and how they form, and used scientific words like “hyperpigmentation” and “cell walls” which make her a epidermal genius in my book. Seriously though, her knowledge of her craft was impressive. In addition, Julianna’s treatment room (at Imagique Hair & Spa) was clean and cozy, and the heated bed was blissful. The best thing about Julianna is that she really cares about her clients’ skin. She won’t sell you anything you don’t need. She won’t say you have issues you really don’t have. Her goal is simply to make her clients happy by improving their complexion. When they see a difference, she’s satisfied. And if her porcelain skin is any indication of her talents then I’ll race you to the front of the line.
