Incoming press release says from Trademark Property says HG Sply. Co. will open a location at its WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s University District alongside Zoes Kitchen, East Hampton Sandwich Co., and Silver Fox.
The restaurant will be a 3,800-square-foot indoor temple for paleo disciples with a 5,000-square-foot patio overlooking the Trinity River and Trinity Trail. Perfect for diners who want a place to chill after metaphorically clubby a woolly mammoth in the woods. Look for a late 2015 opening.
