Chef Antonio Marquez is hosting a multiple-course dinner on November 5 to celebrate Lazaranda’s third anniversary. The party kicks off with a champagne toast at 7 p.m., which is followed by an appetizer, four entrees and a dessert. Items offered include Fuji apple soup with goat cheese croutons, duck carnitas enchiladas, mahi-mahi with tamarind and agave nectar, roasted beef tenderloin and tequila glazed bananas with fresh berries topped with Grand Marnier orange sauce.
