John Tesar’s celebrated steakhouse, Knife, is now serving lunch. The rotating menu offers a selection of oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, burgers and of course, steaks. Standouts include the Knife Reuben, hand-rolled penne with black truffle essence, and the pimento cheese burger. Lunch is offered daily from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
