Pop-up restaurant — aptly named Dallas PopLife — opens in Bar Smyth on Sunday, October 12. Seattle native, chef Art Wilson (who also goes by “The Artisan Chef”) is set to feature a different five-course menu, every Sunday, for three weeks. The cost of the meal is $65 (before drinks and taxes), you can make reservations through Dallas PopLife’s website.
