Green Grocer’s monthly Chefs’ Choice Charity program continues in August with Chef Graham Dodds, benefitting Promise of Peace Garden.
Chef Dodds created a grilled Panini with chèvre, sautéed squash ribbons, Promise of Peace garden mint and pickled red onion on olive sourdough from Village Baking Company. His smoothie is the Honey Graham, with local melon, honey and mint. A portion of the proceeds from each will benefit Promise of Peace Garden through August 31.
July’s chef was Chad Houser and proceeds benefitted Café Momentum.
