A couple of weeks ago, I had dinner at Lazaranda Modern Kitchen & Tequila on Beltline. For kicks and potential good copy, I ordered a Sol-A-Rita, a gimmicky goblet of a frozen margarita with a mini-bottle of Sol beer inverted in the slush. The drink was a pleasant surprise. The lime juice is freshly squeezed, and the beer is slowly released into the mix. It’s a terrific way to pass the time on a hot summer night.
