Yeah, yeah, it’s scorching outside, which is why The Library‘s ice cream cocktails (available for the entire month of July to celebrate National Ice Cream Month) could seem like not just a good idea, but a necessary one. (Damn the extra-evil hangover from all that sugar; full steam ahead!)

My question to you is: would you actually order one of these or has this strayed too far into gimmickville? Refreshing or repulsive?
