I just got a notice from Sigel’s about the ultimate beer lover’s event next Saturday at their Richardson location at 909 Abrams Road.

Craft & Import Beer Festival
Saturday, June 26th  1-3pm

Join us Saturday afternoon,  June 26, at Sigel’s-Buckingham (909 Abrams Road, Richardson), as brewery representatives will be on hand to sample a selection of award winning seasonal and specialty beers from around the world and to answer any questions you may have. Enjoy appetizers and special sale prices on these beers. Come learn everything you have always wanted to know about the beers you are drinking; whether it’s the style, ingredients or brewing techniques. This great, freeevent should not be missed! For more information about this free tasting please contact David Lacour at 972/480-8484.   RSVP to reserve your Spring Brewfest Passport.

Your Spring Brewfest Passport will entitle you to taste 20 of the 32 Seasonal beers available for sampling. As each beer is sampled, your Passport will be stamped. When you have finished tasting, have your passport validated and turned in for an exciting door prize drawing.

They will be pouring some great beer – Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale (one of my favorites), Shiner Smokehouse, Boulevard Two Jokers, St Arnold Lawnmower and Lindemans Framboise…great beers for a summer day!
