Long story short: I asked the nice folks at the Texas Restaurant Association (Hi, Wendy!) to let me take some “real people” into the to-the-trade-only show when it comes to Dallas at the end of June and they called this morning and said yes. How great is that? Let’s all peruse the calendar of events and come up with a plan. They said I could bring one per day, but what if I asked for a group pass? Could they say no? Hang on, we’re working on it.
