Lake Highlands residents are cheering because Dallas Bike Works is expanding into long-vacant space at Northwest Highway and Lawther Drive. Not into just any old space, either. Dallas Bike’s new building was abandoned several years ago when PT’s Gentlemen’s Club scrammed for a new location on Plano Road. Which means instead of lap dances, they’ll soon be riding laps around White Rock Lake.
