Went to Garden Café on Saturday after reading your raving review. It was awesome! I lived in Austin for four years and I still miss all of the great, small, out-of-the-way restaurants. This reminded me of Austin, which is always a good thing.
My only qualm–no breakfast tacos! They have all the ingredients–tortillas, eggs, potatoes, salsa. Why no tacos?
Anyway, I now trust your judgment (on restaurants, at least), so please keep
posting info about under-the-radar places.
