Sorry to get all name-droppy at meal-timey (yesterday’s luncheon with the Bushes), but I attended the International Interior Design Association‘s breakfast meeting this morning where Ray Hunt was the keynote speaker. He’s smart. He spoke briefly then opened the floor up to questions. During the answer to one such question pertaining to certain design elements of the new Hunt headquarters downtown, he said the following, though probably not for the first time:
I firmly believe a camel is a horse designed by committee.
