We’re kicking off the reinstatement of our popular Tuesday Tastemaker series with Benji Homsey, president of Z Resorts Management & Development (otherwise known as the group who runs the two Hotel ZaZa properties in Dallas and Houston). Benji oversees the operations of the current hotels, as well as the soon-to-be third location of Hotel ZaZa in Austin.
