I’m taking a cue from Ryan and talking trends today… Well technically, Nest’s amazingly gifted manager and buyer Donald Fowler is talking trends, and one of his favorites of late is what he calls, “The American Male.” Think utilitarian design, scotch and soda, canvas, plaid, bow ties, steel, wood, leather and, wait for it… a “Big Ass Brick of Soap” by The Duke Cannon Supply Co.
Nest currently carries the Memphis-made soap designed “to meet the high standards of hard workingmen.” Proceeds from purchases of Duke Canon go back to Honor Flight, an organization that provides World War II veterans with trips to Washington, DC to see the WWII memorials.
Inspired by Donald’s “man moment,” I sussed out a six more goods that will help you inject a bit of dude into your domicile. Enjoy!
