Texas Health Resources took the top spot in Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in Health Care and Biopharma, while Dallas-based Encompass Home Health and Hospice ranked number seven, ProPath ranked 16th, and Baylor Scott and White Health ranked 29th.
The list is based on responses from 800,000 employees across the country, evaluating their work experience, trust of the organization, and its ability to help them reach their potential.
The survey shows that Texas Health employs over 21,000 with a revenue of $4.8 billion, Encompass has almost 11,000 employees and revenues of over $900 million, ProPath employs 442 people, and Baylor Scott & White Health employs over 38,000 people and has a revenue over $9.4 billion.
