Today the city of Dallas launched its Dallas 311 smartphone application. It allows you make reports about things like dead animals that need picking up or city code violations and then to track how long it takes for your complaint to be addressed.
It also allows you to view recent reports filed by others. Here’s a sampling of what’s in there so far:
