Southwest International Trucking Inc. renewed its lease for a 28,112-square-foot industrial building at 2959 Irving Blvd. in Dallas. Jeremy Mercer with Mercer Co. put together the direct deal on behalf of the tenant, an international heavy and medium duty truck dealership.
