Republic Real Estate Fund II has acquired Rush Creek, a 29-building multifamily complex set on 29 acres of land at 2625 Community Dr. in Dallas. Sam W. Pettigrew III, partner in Dallas-based Cantrell Co. & Partners represented the seller, BHP Rush Creek Hospitality Ltd.
