Fifty-one finalists in 15 categories were honored at D CEO’s third annual Commercial Real Estate Awards program. The sold-out event attracted industry all stars and was held at the Frontiers of Flight Museum.

The night began with a special ‘Pioneer Award’ presented to Mike Ablon of Pegasus Ablon, in recognition of his work in transforming the Dallas Design District. After that, awards were presented in the following categories: Best New Industrial Project, Best Industrial Deal, Best Mixed-Use Project, Best Retail Project or Deal, Best Commercial Property Sale, Best Office Sale, Best Redevelopment, Best New Office Project, Best Office Deal, Excellence in Architecture/Interior Design, Broker of the Year, Developer of the Year, Real Estate Executive of the Year, and Community Impact-Deal of the Year.
The awards program was sponsored by Allegiance Title Co., Downtown Dallas Inc., Hines, Texas Capital Bank, and Sloan Bergmann, with music provided by DJ Paul Paredes.
