Optimal Blue LLC has renewed and expanded its lease for 9,419 square feet of office space at the Parkwood Place building in Plano. The Plano-based firm sells software to mortgage bankers and is looking to expand its business.
Optimal Blue initially leased a 3,752-square-foot space in Parkwood Place in 2009. Chris Morrow of Finely Morrow negotiated the long-term lease on its behalf, and Steve Everbach, Jeff Eckert, James Esquivel, and Conor McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors.
Parkwood Place is a three-story office building located at 5601 Democracy Drive, one block east of Dallas North Tollway.
