Dart Warehouse Corp. is expanding its North Texas presence. The Los Angeles-based distribution and logistics company has leased 143,000 square feet of industrial space at 1025 Post and Paddock St. in Grand Prairie.
The 419,520-square-foot cross-dock building, called Regency 1, is owned by Crow Holdings Industrial. It sits on about 24 acres in an Upper Great Southwest industrial submarket, on one of the few sites outside of DFW Airport with Foreign Trade Zone status. The project also offers has access to Union Pacific Rail service.
Holmes Davis of Binswanger’s Dallas office represented Dart Warehouse Corp. in the deal. Michael Spain with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented Crow Holdings Industrial.
