Onsite Health Diagnostics has decided to move its headquarters from Las Colinas to Coppell. The company signed a lease for approximately 12,000 square feet at Lakeview Center.
Located at 1199 S. Belt Line Road, the 101,316-square foot office building sits just north of LBJ Freeway, in close proximity to DFW Airport. The property is owned by Rainier Asset Management.
Kyle Jacobs and John Pope of Rubicon Representation LLC represented the tenant in the deal. Russ Johnson and Travis Gallivan of Peloton negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.
“This is a great long-term move for Onsite Health Diagnostics, a company that prides itself on culture and satisfying their employees,” Jacobs said. “Lakeview Center will fulfill all of their space requirements, while providing the amenities most companies desire in their building.”
Onsite Health Diagnostics, which was recognized last year by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation’s top 500 fastest-growing private businesses, will take occupancy of its new space before the end of the year.
