Ralph Sears has acquired a 39,800-square-foot industrial building at 2100 Avondale Haslet Road in Haslet. Michael Newsome and Todd Hubbard, SIOR of NAI Robert Lynn represented the seller, and Chris Stewart of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
