Mohr Partners has a new managing director, Gensler makes a “boomerang” hire, and Cassidy Turley beefs up its tenant representation group in this week’s Personnel Moves.

• Bruce “Bo” Bowman has joined Mohr Partners as managing director in its Dallas corporate office. A 20-year industry veteran, Bowman specializes in tenant representation and advisory services. He joins Mohr from Emergidata Enterprises, where he managed the billing division, overseeing client retention and employee training and developing an internal audit system. Prior to that he was a district manager at LoneStar Logos. From the late 1990s through 2011, Bowman was a vice president at Swearingen Realty Group, specializing in corporate real estate, as well as private placement of equities in real estate and other ventures.

• David Flatt is returning to Gensler. As studio director, he will co-lead the firm’s Workflex 1 Studio with Cindy Simpson, managing director. “David is actually a ‘boomerang,’ having been one of the first ‘boots on the ground’ when Gensler’s Dallas office opened in 1997,” said Regional Managing Principal Judy Pesek. Flatt, who joins from PageSoutherlandPage, will officially be on board July 15. “David has spent his entire career in the Dallas market focusing on workplace/interiors,” Pesek said. “He will be a tremendous asset in helping us grow the next generation of leaders in the office.”

• Clayton Thomas has joined Cassidy Turley as associate vice president in the firm’s tenant representation group. He previously was an associate at Colliers International, where, along with specializing in corporate services and tenant representation, he also ran the firm’s internship program, which served as a national model. He was a member of Colliers’ law firm services group, focusing on law firms and corporate clients in the Uptown and downtown Dallas submarkets. Prior to Colliers, Thomas worked in tenant representation for GVA Cawley.
