Vivify Health Named Best Remote Patient Monitoring Solution

|

Vivify Health’s Pathways Program was named the Best Remote Patient Monitoring Solution in the 2019 MedTech Breakthrough Awards program, beating out over 3,500 other nominations from 15 different countries.

According to a recent survey, 83 percent of patients are interested in receiving virtual care, but only 17 percent currently have access to it. Pathways mobile allows for providers to deliver remote care programs, and for users to personalize care plans that fit their individual schedule and needs. The virtual care platform received a 97 percent patient satisfaction feedback and more than 8 times ROI, and is part of the shift away from traditional healthcare models

The MedTech Breakthrough Awards program honors innovative excellence in medical and health related technology. Pathways mobile allows for providers to deliver remote care programs, and for users to personalize care plans that fit their individual schedule and needs.

Eric Rock, Founder and CEO of Vivify Health, said via press release, “There has been increased recognition from the industry, government and consumers that healthcare isn’t something that only happens now and then, or only in a medical facility. The increased emphasis on wellness as a result of the shift to value-based care, along with an elevated focus on the cost and convenience of care as consumers carry more of the financial burden directly, has made remote patient monitoring, virtual visits, and patient engagement essential to delivering the expected outcomes.”

“Vivify Health’s comprehensive Pathways platform exemplifies the spirit of digital health innovation and provides a real-world solution to the many issues in an effort to streamline patient care,” said James Johnson, managing director, MedTech Breakthrough, said via release.
