GALLERY PICK OF THE MONTH
Maysey Craddock says that much of her work is after “that moment which repeats itself when no one is looking.” More specifically, she’s out to explore the human possibilities of inanimate objects. Using vibrant colors and dispersed, eerie light, she imbues her work with a sense of showmanship, as if the objects on canvas are in fact on stage. Craddock’s work can be seen at the Karen Mitchell Frank Gallery, 4532 Cole Ave. 214-559-4700.
