A visit to someone’s home can prove extremely revealing. How we live in our most personal of spaces sheds light on more than just tastes and styles, but about who we are and what we value. In their various professional pursuits, the five people and families featured in this series all exhibit an uncanny eye for style—so we wanted to see how that translated at home. (They kindly obliged.) The results are varied, personal, and—unsurprisingly—beautiful.

Over the past five years, the Richardson home of Diana and Justin Evans has served as a design studio, a workshop, and even an extra storage facility for the couple’s fast-growing furniture company, The CEH. Now that their homegrown family business has new digs on Plano Road—complete with designer showroom—the Evans house has become more playground than workplace.

With three kids, three dogs, and one cat inhabiting the space, laughter, chatter, and performance fabrics fill every room. You’ll also find the latest CEH Label pieces paired with antique and vintage furnishings. “I love to mix old with new,” Diana says. “I strive to keep things timeless so it won’t look too trendy a few years down the line.”
