Why Little Forest Hills? The tall trees and gentle hills of Little Forest Hills create a small neighborhood feel on the edge of downtown. With White Rock Lake within walking distance, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Local Haunts: Check out Cafe Lago (popular with the lake crowd) and Bonnie Ruth’s Cafe, which offers sophisticated cuisine and small-town charm.

Who’s Buying: Young families and singles are moving in, particularly local artists.
