St. Michael’s Woman’s Exchange Celebrates 50th Birthday

What do most women in the Park Cities do when they turn 50? Get a face-lift, of course. That’s exactly what St. Michael’s Woman’s Exchange has done, in celebration of its 50th birthday. The fresh new look sports hardwood floors and a color palette of lime, chocolate, and ice blue. Run almost entirely by volunteers, the non-profit store will continue to sell such staples as William Arthur stationery, Vera Wang note cards, hostess napkins, wedding albums, party invitations, holiday cards, and dozens of cookbooks, including Junior League cookbooks from around the country. Since opening its doors, the Exchange has donated more than $4 million to more than 70 Dallas-area non-profit organizations.
