Here’s somewhere really fun and new to try this weekend. @petraandthebeast has a menu full of imaginative dishes with combinations of ingredients you would rarely see together. This is the pig’s tail (must get). Fatty and tender pig tails balanced by the salty and crisp, fermented mustard greens with a side of Louisiana rice balls.

Cooking from @lizprueitt_tartine’s Tartine All Day this Sunday for brunch. It’s filled with the most inspiring recipes featuring alternative flours. We made her delicious crispy waffles but added a savory twist with leeks, jalapeños, and a smoky maple syrup. Topped with seared sweet potatoes and a duck egg. Yum!! ❤️❤️
