Irving-based Medallion Midstream has leased 28,058 square feet of office space in Las Colinas’ Urban Center, nearly tripling its current footprint. The midstream provider in oil and gas will move into Tower 909, a 364,000-square-foot office owned by KBS Realty Advisors overlooking Lake Carolyn.
Transwestern’s Justin Miller, Kim Brooks, and Scott Walker represented KBS. CBRE’s Robert Blount represented the tenant.
“We are very excited to move our corporate headquarters to 909 Lake Carolyn,” Medallion CEO Randy Lentz said, in a statement. “KBS Realty Advisors and Transwestern own and operate a first-class building that will provide a great location from which our corporate team can continue to manage our growing business.”
