“One of the most exciting things about my company is that we are always evolving, always learning new techniques, learning from each other, and always pushing ourselves to be better. The restaurant business is a competitive industry, and I love that even though we may be competitors, we are also a tight-knit group who will help each other or our community when there is a need. That is true of the present, and I know it will be true of the future.”
Keeps Me Up At Night:
“I like to know what is going to happen so I can be prepared and have a plan. The only thing that will keep me up at night is if I don’t have control of something. I guess I am a bit of a control freak.”
What I’d Tell An 18-Year-Old Me:
“Everything you are learning will lead you to the next step in your life. Your career needs to be something you love, and if you follow your dream, you will succeed. Be patient.”
Scariest Moment:
“Scuba diving at night in Grand Cayman is the most frightening thing I have ever done.”

“Right now, I would say it would be a crab boil with giant king crab legs, fresh corn, and sliced summer tomatoes.”

“I really like Boulevardier.”
