We conducted an online poll and revealed earlier this week that the Neiman Marcus popover is Dallas’ most iconic dish. To show its appreciation, Neiman’s is handing out free popovers and strawberry butter today starting at noon, at the corner of Main and Ervay streets. Chef Kevin Garvin and an as yet unnamed model (hope he’s cute!) will handle the duties.
