Toddler Found, Search Continues for Father at Denton Creek. The Heck, T-Mobile? If you’ve called 911 in Dallas since November, there’s a good chance you were put on hold. The reason for that: Apparently, when people dial the emergency number using T-Mobile cell phones, the phones dial multiple times. If getting flooded by “ghost calls” weren’t bad enough, operators must return every hang-up call, making the wait time to get through even worse. WFAA has been reporting on this issue for a month and so far, no fix.
